We will negotiate prices and delivery terms on your behalf, and even facilitate establishing an account where applicable.
Special Requests and Price Checks
If you have a question or concern with a product or supplier, our Member Services team will help resolve the issue as soon as possible. Whether it’s a late delivery or an incorrect invoice, we will make sure the problem is solved quickly. Also, if you have any questions regarding the best price offered by any of our suppliers on specific items, call us and we will compare them for you.
Members of Buyers Access can use our bulk purchasing program to obtain favorable pricing on large quantity orders. Whether you need 200 hot water heaters in a month or 50 ceiling fans by next week, we can get you the best bulk deal possible using our expertise in multifamily group purchasing. Buying in bulk quantities can mean substantial savings beyond the already low Buyers Access pricing.
Training and Support
Buyers Access offers program orientations via telephone, on-site, and coming soon, online, to help your property’s employees use Buyers Access to its fullest. Our purchasing professionals will train your staff to get the most out of the products, suppliers, and services available through our program.
Bid Solicitation and Bid Contractor Sourcing
Buyers Access maintains a database of contractors and suppliers to assist you in identifying qualified service providers. We can confirm licensing, obtain insurance certificates, and check references. Our staff of purchasing professionals can make soliciting bids easier by securing competitive quotes on your behalf, forwarding them to you for final selection, and assisting you in awarding a final contract.
